Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy (born on the 17th October 1992) was born on 17 October 1992, and is an Indian actress. She appears primarily as a character in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam movies. She received the National Film Award in Best Actress category for her role as actress Savitri. She has also received three SIIMA Awards and a Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar's parents are film producer G. Suresh Kumar & actress Menaka G. Suresh. Her acting journey began at the beginning of 2000. The year 2013 was the last time she was the lead in Geethaanjali an Malayalam film. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy began the first of her Malayalam projects and also started working with Tamil simultaneously. In the year 2015, she debuted A. L. Vijay's romantic comedy Idhu Enna Maayam and Vikramprabhu against each other. However, the films did not do well in cinemas. A busy schedule during 2015 resulted in her having decide to pull out of projects that she was already working on, including Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye and Deekay's Kavalai Vendam, in order to make room for larger projects. In a short time she also worked together with Sivakarthikeyan on Rajini Murugan, Remo and she also acted as the lead on Prabhu Sool's Thodari with Dhanush. She made her Telugu debut had been scheduled as Ainaa Ishtam nuvvu. The film was pushed back since 2015 and reports suggest it would be released in September, 2020 under the new name Janakitho Nenu. In the end, the film's premiere was in the film Nenu Sailaja with actress Ram Pothineni. Keerthy was the lead actress alongside Vijay In Bairavaa by Bharathan that premiered on the 17th of January, 2017. Keerthy has also appeared as an Tamil actress in Paambhu Saattai, and she was a Telugu actor on Nenu Local.
